Job Description

Our client are a huge Reseller and Microsoft LAR with offices across the UK. Their Software Licensing team has substantially increased its business volumes over the last 12 months and they are now looking for an Internal Sales Specialist to support this area of the business.


Duties will include :


Providing an office-based point of contact for customers and sales for Software Licensing
Fostering strong working relationships with customers via proactive contact by telephone and face to face meetings
Working with customers and technical resource to prepare accurate technical quotes
Supporting the sales cycle to the point of order
Working with sales administration and purchasing to manage orders through the system
Co-ordinating deliveries and installation of enterprise hardware and software as needed


Skills, knowledge and experience needed:


A minimum of 12 months channel sales experience ideally gained with an IT reseller
Any Software Licensing knowledge, experience or accreditations would be advantageous, but not essential
IT literate with a strong interest in IT
Good business/commercial acumen
Internal sales/sales support experience


Basic salary to £21K + c£8K commission
