My client are a Software Reseller based in South London. Due to continued growth, they are now recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join their team. 


Duties:
* To provide dedicated support to the sales team and customers.
* Handling the sales order process from quote to completion.
* Provide first line telephone support to customers
* Timely entry of orders onto the system
* Dealing with customer order queries, post sales, coordinating with suppliers
* Issuing small value quotes to customers
* Provide administrative support as needed by the team
* Adhere to strict deadlines and prioritize where required
* Answering the overflow telephone calls


My client welcomes Graduates or applicants with sales support experience ideally within the IT industry.

Salary £16,000 - £18,000
