The role:
The role will primarily focus on providing consultancy to high-level customer security projects, while also assisting the Sales teams from a pre-sales capacity and the technical team from a support and advisory capacity.
Other Key roles
• Provide specialist security product consultancy to the Security teams existing customer base
• Build technical relationships with existing and new customers via advise, support and regular consultancy
• Assist other technical team members with more complex technical issues and help develop their generic technical knowledge, plus product specific skills
• Assist sales team with winning larger, project-based opportunities via pre-sales meetings, product demonstrations and proof-of-concept reviews
• Develop future service offerings, concentrating particularly on complete network audits and security reviews
• Maintain and up-to-date awareness of the latest technical security issues
• Provide review of latest security solutions and potential products for the Security team to concentrate on
• Provide product training to sales and technical teams

A basic salary of up between £30K - £40K is available with an OTE of between £50K and £60K. |
