- Main Function of Job:
(Note: in addition to these functions employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required) Drive new sales revenue to achieve our ambitious revenue growth objectives. Customer acquisition is the main focus. Sales executives are expected to drive the sales cycle from lead generation to closing. This role is a mixture of inside and outside sales where candidates are expected to perform their own lead generation activities in addition to company sponsored leads.Main Duties Duties / Responsibilities
Outside Sales (60%): Sales cycles:
• Quota of $1,000,000 in new business
• Manage sales cycle of existing deals
• Nurture new and existing relationships to upsell and maintain brand
• Perform proactive follow ups in order to drive pipeline
Inside Sales (40%): Outbound lead generation:
• Contact, nurture and convert a specific list of target new customers in to confirmed appointments
• Outbound calling, email and social media activities
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Work kiosks at Sponsored Events Inbound Lead Generation
• Contact, nurture and convert all inbound new business inquiries
• Drive relationships from leads generated by our partnersRequirements to Carry Out Job: Essential (E) or Desirable (D)
Education Required:
> Degree Qualified in any function EExperience required:
> 5 years or less in sales E
> IT related experience E
> Understanding of software licensing and/or deployment DSpecialist Training Required:
3 years or less in salesAny Particular Aptitude / Skill Required:
> IT related experience in a sales or operating capacity E
> Inside sales/outbound lead generation experience E
> Outside sales experience D
> Comfortable in communication with all levels of management E
> Autonomous work ethic EPlease Note: No specialist training is required however, we would expect the successful candidate to progress their technical skills and understanding via internal training programmes.
