- Description
- Running large SPM managed services engagements and once-off SPM projects of complex nature. Supporting and coordinating Associates activities, while supporting Snr Consultant in the execution of consultancy design and implementation activities.

Ensure successful delivery of larger engagements with medium complexity based on best practices
Right sizing & customization of non-standardized services
Demonstrate leadership for consulting services across Delivery Functions (Plan, Build, Run)
Frequently produces content for the service community internally and externally (community, blogs, whitepapers, ...)
Possess foundational working knowledge of general principles of IT Industry Standards (ITIL, Six Sigma)
Ability to lead engagement with efficient use of resources
Drive consultative selling activities within a customer environment
Job Specific:
Design and implementation of Software Asset Management solutions in customer’s environments
Evaluation of SAM processes, procedures and ITIL, ITAM (IT Asset Management)
Pre-sales: Consulting customers regarding best SAM service solution
Executing SAM projects, rollout and transfer of a running system to large and complex customers
Create documentation and reporting standards for SAM Engagements
Analyze and advise large / complex customers on licensing contracts
External technical and project coordination with customers and SAM tool providers
Support service customization on project that requires non-standard services
Advise on global best practice, policies and procedures
Business process analysis, create and implement business processes, optimize business processes
Assist in the development of the SAM services and strategy
Development functional service concepts

Customer solution presentation for complex solution designs (Ability to articulate the business value on complex solutions)

Technology basic skills regarding system platforms (MS & Oracle), client & server and midrange environment
Contribute to knowledge sharing within a community (e.g. team, practice, or project).
Re-uses existing Knowledge Management to accelerate solutions deliveryJob Specific:
Understanding of IT environments/infrastructure.
Exceptional understanding of Microsoft’s Software Platform such as Windows Servers, Windows Operation Systems, Database, Desktop/Server Management
Able to install and run SAM managed services solutions (Excluding tool deployment 'SNOW/Flexera ect")
Technical Skills:
Good understanding of all SAM Tools in the market to be able to advise customers on bet fit (functionality and utilization)
Full understanding of project management tools, processes, governance and advanced reporting at a CIO level
Demonstrate good understanding of process design and workflow modulation
