Our Rec2Rec service is unique within the MerlinCorp Plc culture (and indeed within Rec2Rec generally) - in comparison to our IT Sales Attrition/Retention Business; we do not operate on a volume basis.

The reason is simple - recruitment is about people all the way through the process and beyond, candidates are not a pre-manufactured product - each one has their own idiosyncrasies demanding a unique and exclusive approach. This applies to both client as well as candidate - the ethos we utilise is one of representative of both sides.

Generically in Rec2Rec the delivered message is one of equal support to both candidate and client - but in reality the support swings just a little in favour to the fee payer; MerlinCorp Plc does not adopt this attitude.
