- Description
- The Professional Consultant will provide Consultancy support to key Clients who are looking for best in class License Consulting Service that will deliver tangible value to our Clients. Success is defined by high take up of our License services coupled with high quality outcome and client experience
The Senior Consultant owns the delivery of the defined LCS and will have access to the resources & methodologies provided by the central Services organization.
Responsibilities of the Senior Consultant includes:
• Build strong relationships with the Local Account Sales Teams and build meaningful relationships with clients
• When required participate in activities relating to: a) standard operating procedures, b) training and development and c) Team meetings
• Professional Consultant is responsible for quality delivery of the practice at the client
• Work on projects as a delivery Consultant taking responsibility for the delivery of distinct task/s within the scope of a project
• Supports the development of differentiated intellectual property.
• Takes on a supporting role in the build‐out of the EMEA License Consulting practice.
• Utilizes generated qualified opportunities by the account teams but also acts as a hunter to generate net new opportunities and engages with the client as a pre‐sales consultant to sell the offerings
• Holds relevant vendor accreditation and project management certification.
• These are the main duties and responsibilities of the role and the list is not exhaustive. Other duties and responsibilities will be agreed with your manager as you and the role develop
The Senior Consultant combines strong interest and skills in LCS solutions with a keen desire to advance customer operations to drive innovation and efficiency. Innovative IT solutions License Consulting experience Strong business acumen translating business requirements to IT strategies Capable of leading CXO level engagements, influencing strategy.
Consulting Practise Expertise: Pre‐Sales & Consulting Delivery; proven track record in driving profitability and customer satisfaction. Consulting Practise Expertise: Strong background in consulting, demonstrated through broad experience in a consulting environment, gained with a leading system integrator or management consulting firm Excellent communication skills ‐ both written and oral. Good customer relationship management skills and ability to interface seamlessly with sales staff Consulting Practise Expertise: Pre‐Sales & Consulting Delivery; proven track record in driving profitability and customer satisfaction.
Project Management Skills: Ability to independently manage projects.
• Holding relevant vendor accreditation and project management certifications. Strong knowledge, especially in the area of Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, SAP and or:
o SAM Process design etc
o Baseline Specific skills
o SAM Process Design Specific skills
o SAM Solution / Technology Selection, Implementation and Launch Process
o SAM Training Specific skills
o Managed Service Specific skills
o Optimisation Service Specific skills
Fluency in written and spoken English
