- As an industry leader in Software Asset Management (SAM), our client helps customers understand their mainframe or distributed software portfolios and how to implement best practice SAM strategies to directly impact software pricing and budgets.
Position Summary:
This role will be responsible for creating and developing the Marketing strategy nurturing the sales effort, managing brand awareness and attractivity as well as developing relevant content and resources to go to market effectively teaming with Sales and Leadership. This position will report into the VP of Sales and Marketing.
Job Responsibilities:
· Deliver Marketing activity and objectives
· Create the strategy for nurturing our leads through a mix of helpful content and other calls-to-action
· Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, landing pages and social media channels
· Establish closed-loop analytics to understand the metrics at which our inbound marketing activity turns into leads then opportunities to close into customers, and continually refine our process to upsell, cross-sell existing customers as well as to win new logos
· Optimize our Marketing strategy
· Analyze and interpret what behaviors and patterns make customers successful and more likely to be retained by the company
· Monitor industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market conditions
· Keeping abreast of new trends and apply best practices in inbound marketing
· Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across teams
· Create, manage content and our Brand
· Create and manage all needed traditional and digital content for the Sales team to help prospect as well as our delivery team to provide support to clients such as but not limited to Presentations, fac sheets, guides, business studies, videos, webinars etc
· Drive consistency and cohesion of corporate messaging and thought leadership communications to internal and external audiences
· Develop weekly social media posts across multiple channels to generate brand awareness and engagement
· Create regular blog posts and other website content to engage and convert with targeted audiences
· Generate web content to explain value proposition and services offerings and to help generate leads for the lead generation executive team
· Identify the relevant events to attend, prepare and contribute to the Company participation
· Manage and develop brand market awareness
· Use our CRM platform to
· Ensure all needed information is documented and logged, and is permanently UpToDate
· Collaboratively work with the lead generation team, the sales, and leadership to develop lead generation and brand management strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers
· Providing consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communications
· Participate and contribute to all internal meetings
· Represent and sponsor the brand, culture and value proposition in all proper manner and circumstances
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred, experience in lieu of Bachelor’s degree will be considered
· 10+ years of selling experience in Technology required, ideally in SaaS solutions or IT professional services or IT consulting services to the C-suite
· Staffing and managed services experience a must
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to converse and build rapport with internal and external customers at all levels, from front-line staff to C-suite
· Comfortable with multitasking while maintaining a project management approach teaming with Lead generation, presales and delivery resource
· Driven with a strong desire to succeed and a track record of achieving and exceeding goals
· Overall interest in technology solutions with solid 'tech skills' (MS Office, LinkedIn) and experience or ability to quickly learn CRM tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce.com, Dynamics etc
